What’s Executive Consultation Series?

I happen to believe that leadership is a lonely job, and the times require clarity and focus.   Having an objective person on your team,  not interested in outcomes other  than the ones you seek to bring about, is critical to the health and effectiveness of you, the leader.

Therefore, I provide regular coaching and consulting to women in executive and senior management positions who yearn for a confidential and expert sounding board as they deal with their own personal effectiveness issues and life choices.  You who seek to bring creative approaches to your current leadership strategies and organizational issues will find support and encouragement in bringing your best to the dilemmas that face you.

As a founder of the former Growth Dynamics, Inc., for 20 years (1986-2005) a consulting practice primarily serving the government executive and aspiring government leaders, I loved this work.  Now in semi-retirement, I retain a small private coaching practice to support leaders to discover, and be guided by,  their own best resource – their own clarity and commitment.
